Shipping & Delivery

Small Items

Please allow up to 3 working days for processing and dispatch of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and the shipping method you select at checkout. All items will be shipped via standard shipping unless express shipping is chosen.

Larger Orders and Furniture Items

Larger orders and furniture items, including large pots, will be shipped on Fridays using a specialized furniture courier. Processing and dispatch may take up to 10 working days. Delivery can take up to an additional 10 working days from the dispatch date, depending on courier availability and delivery location. Please note that delivery times are subject to change. Warehouse Pick-Up

If you are local and prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse, please email hello@elizadesignco.com.au to arrange this. Pick-up may take between 1 to 10 working days, depending on stock availability. If we are awaiting additional stock for your item, we will provide regular updates on when your order will be ready for collection. Our warehouse address will be provided upon confirmation.
